Job summary

True West Beef in Jerome, Idaho, is hiring entry-level Beef Production workers to join our state-of-the-art plant. No experience is required; training is provided, and advancement opportunities exist across departments such as fabrication, warehouse, and byproducts.

This position offers starting pay at $18 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, floating and paid holidays, and flexible part-time

Qualifications

• Entry-level position with no experience required.
• Must be able to work in hot/cold environments.
• Overtime may be available.
• Proof of authorization to work in the U.S. and post-offer drug test.

Responsibilities

• Perform cutting, trimming, cleaning and packaging on a production line.
• Operate knives and hooks as required; training provided.
• Support multiple departments within the plant.
