Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be able to perform basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Beef experience.
• Meat processing experience.
• Prior experience in a production, or similar, environment.
• Work history in the past 12 months.

• Maintain rendering and tissue processing procedures.
• Track, read, or create reports manually or via computer.
• Ensure food safety and product quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping.
