Job summary

Cargill in Dodge City, KS is hiring for a production position in our meat processing operations, offering 2nd and 3rd shift with a pay rate of $24.35 per hour. This role focuses on maintaining processes, ensuring food safety, and supporting a clean, safe work environment.

Eligible candidates must be US-based with no visa sponsorship, be at least 18, able to read/write/speak English, and perform basic math. Beef and meat processing experience are preferred, along with prior production background.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be able to perform basic math, such as: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Beef experience.
• Meat processing experience.
• Prior experience in a production, or similar, environment.
• Work history in the past 12 months.
