Job summary

JBS USA's Plainwell facility in Michigan is seeking team members to work on the production floor, with duties including harvesting, carcass preparation for shipment, and operation of knives and powered tools. The role involves standing for long periods and working in warm or cold environments.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift, push, and pull product repetitively in hot or cold environments.
• Experience with hand tools such as knives and hooks preferred.
• Ability to use powered equipment (saws, skinners) as required.

Responsibilities

• Unload and segregate live animals for Harvest Floor.
• Remove hides using knives and powered equipment.
• Trim carcasses free of contaminants and harvest offal.
• Break down carcasses, save primal, trim, bag and box product to customer specifications.
