Job summary

CS Beef Packers LLC is seeking workers to help process beef trim into hamburger and package it to meet market and customer requirements. The environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, with use of automated machines and power equipment.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, cleaning work areas, following food and personal safety procedures, and lifting 70 pounds or more. Experience in beef processing is a plus, and PPE must be worn at all times.

Qualifications

• Must follow all food safety and personal safety procedures and requirements.
• Must learn to keep up with assigned job tasks and help to minimize downtime.
• Must be able to lift 70 pounds or more.
• Experience operating industrial equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• May operate a variety of industrial equipment.
• May clean up various work areas.
• Must wear all PPE - Safety is a priority.
• Must keep work area clean and safe.
• Must be able to work in cold environment.
• May use forklifts or other transport equipment to move product.
