Job summary

Mattress Warehouse in the United States seeks highly motivated Retail Sales Consultants to help customers find the right mattress using bedMATCH and our proven selling process. You’ll work in a team that values energy and excellent service.

Expect an environment with tablets and POS tech, generous pay with hourly wages or commission, bonuses, and a strong 401(k) match. This role includes evenings, weekends, and holidays on a 4-5 day schedule.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds, reset showroom floor, and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Provide a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on sleep solutions.
• Experience with tablets, POS systems, and selling processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Confidently sell mattress products using our bedMATCH diagnostic system.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and understand customer needs.
• Engage customers, explain features, and guide them through the buying process.
• Assist with showroom upkeep and loading purchases into customers' vehicles.
