Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on caregiving experience.
• Experience with bedbound clients requiring maximum assistance.
• Experience emptying catheter drainage bags.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Clear TB test result within the past year.
• Knowledge of safe caregiving and infection control practices.
• Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills.
• Dependability, patience, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care for a bedbound client requiring maximum assistance.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Empty and measure catheter drainage bags according to the care plan and procedures.
• Assist with repositioning and mobility while following safe caregiving practices.
• Monitor the client's comfort and observe for changes in condition or care needs.
• Follow the established care plan and infection control practices.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable care environment.
• Complete accurate care documentation and report concerns or changes to office staff.
• Maintain professional communication and dependable attendance.
