Penn Medicine is seeking a Bed Manager to coordinate inter-facility transfers and bed assignments within UPHS. In collaboration with the Bed Manager RN, you will place reservations in EPIC and communicate admission needs to care teams and place patients in appropriate service specific locations.

The role supports patient flow, serves as the primary contact for bed requests, and helps ensure timely admissions and appropriate placements. A high school diploma and healthcare experience are required.

Competenze

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year healthcare environment with direct patient and clinical staff contact; medical terminology knowledge.
• Associate of Arts or Science degree.
