Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking outgoing tanning consultants in Council Bluffs, IA to accurately represent our brand and deliver exceptional customer service. You will thrive in a commission-driven environment with sales goals and a fun, team-oriented atmosphere.

Responsibilities include keeping the salon clean, sanitizing equipment, and assisting customers with a positive, professional approach while following the Golden Rules of Tanning and company policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time (7+ hours/day).
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains salon cleanliness.
• Sanitizing equipment after each use.
• Moppping, dusting, laundry, sanitizing tanning beds, floors, bathrooms.
• Setting up tanning and wellness rooms for next customer according to Palm Beach Tan standards.
• Assisting customers as needed in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Ensures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met.
