Job summary

Participate Learning seeks ambassador teachers to educate elementary students (KG–Grade 5) in U.S. schools, primarily in Virginia, North Carolina or South Carolina. You will teach Spanish and support cultural exchange through immersive classroom experiences.

Requirements include a bachelor degree, 2+ years of teaching, a teaching credential/license, strong English skills, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to commit for at least two years. Visa guidance and relocation support provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in education or related field
• 2+ years of teaching experience
• Teaching credential/license required
• Strong English proficiency for teaching and daily communication
• Valid driver’s license
• Available to teach with Participate Learning for at least two years
• Meet placement state teaching and licensing requirements during the application process

Responsibilities

• Teach Spanish language to KG–Grade 5 students in partner U.S. schools
• Communicate effectively in Spanish and English within the classroom
• Collaborate with school staff and local community mentors
• Participate in ongoing mentoring, professional development and leadership activities
• Share your culture and ideas with students, families and staff
