Qualifications

• Must be a woman aged 21–43 who has given birth to at least one child
• Uncomplicated pregnancies with OB/GYN approval
• US citizen or permanent resident
• Healthy, non-smoking lifestyle; drug- and vape-free
• No felony convictions
• Willing to sign HIPAA and legal agreements (attorney consultation provided)

Responsibilities

• Participate in matching with intended parents and choose the compensation package
• Maintain clear, continuous communication with the agency and medical teams
• Comply with HIPAA and signed legal agreements
• Follow the surrogacy process steps including pre-pregnancy and pregnancy milestones
