Qualifications include ages 21–43, prior birth, uncomplicated pregnancies, stable home, U.S. citizen or permanent resident, and HIPAA and legal agreements. Comprehensive pre-pregnancy and pregnancy benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Women ages 21 to 43
• Must have given birth to at least one child in your care
• Uncomplicated pregnancies and deliveries with OB/GYN approval to become pregnant
• Living in a stable and supportive environment
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident
• Healthy, non-smoking lifestyle; drug- and vape-free
• No felony convictions
• Willing to sign HIPAA and legal agreements (attorney consultation provided)
• Not receiving government financial assistance such as food stamps, housing aid, or cash assistance
• No prior surrogacy experience required
