Qualifications

• 18 years or older (21 years or older in United States)
• Current customer of premium and luxury brands
• Not currently under contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality
• Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Observant and passionate about customer experience
• No prior experience required; we value honest feedback from genuine customers

About the Role:

• Flexibility - each in-store visit takes approximately 20 minutes, giving you the flexibility to complete multiple assignments
