AT&T Beckley, WV is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to connect customers with the latest devices and personalized services. You’ll use a consultative approach to guide options and help customers meet their needs, while earning commission on sales.

You’ll participate in events, handle online orders, and make outbound calls to current and prospective customers. Scheduling is 9am–9pm, including weekends, with shifts planned 2 weeks in advance.

Qualificações

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals.

Responsabilidades

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options and opportunities.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to customers.
• Work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules are provided 2 weeks in advance.
