Beck's Car Wash in Peoria Heights is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to support daily operations and develop team members while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead by example and work alongside the team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Mechanically inclined or willing to learn basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work opening and closing shifts, including weekends.
• Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable, organized, and accountable.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the team to deliver fast, friendly, and efficient service.
• Support daily operations and site performance.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.
• Ensure excellent customer service and consistent wash quality.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and shift coverage.
• Help lead team performance and maintain operational standards.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Complete cash handling, reconciliation, and reporting procedures.
• Help manage inventory and coordinate equipment maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and support to the team.
