Responsibilities

• Own the principal Collaboration workstream that unblocks the Beaverton roadmap.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization flows using Elasticsearch.
• Shave milliseconds off the technology hot path that users feel with every click.
• Re-architect the technology flow so Rust handles significantly higher load.
• Tune gRPC caching to ensure performance during launch spikes on Beaverton hardware.
• Stitch Customer Service events into the Flask pipeline feeding Dropbox's reports.
• Lead Azure design reviews to prevent costly mistakes in Beaverton builds.
