Qualifications

• Degree as a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), and/or Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS).
• Successful completion of a traditional pre‑doctoral dentistry program and valid licensure in the state(s) where practicing.
• License in the specific state(s) where practicing is required.

• Perform the full scope of general dentistry permitted by state licensure.
• Support evidence-based treatment philosophy and patient care standards.
