Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Riverside salon as entry-level sales and customer service representatives. You will engage customers, explain our tanning products and services, and help maintain a welcoming, clean salon environment.

Starting pay is $17.50 per hour with a vibrant, team-oriented atmosphere and opportunities for training, growth, and performance-based bonuses. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7 hours)
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights/weekends
• Minimum age 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals
• Greet and consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Open/close business and handle daily administrative tasks
• Guide customers on tanning equipment usage for first-time users
• Participate in off-site sales and training sessions
