Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Beauty Consultant to deliver exceptional customer care and expert product knowledge in our beauty department. You will greet customers, assist with skincare, makeup, and wellness needs, and suggest personalized solutions while maintaining department standards.

Responsibilities include in-store demonstrations, events, stock maintenance, and processing sales at the register. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; prior retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1+ year retail sales experience
• Ability to meet sales goals with customer care focus
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English
• Basic PC skills and store systems knowledge
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with products and services; resolve issues for a positive experience.
• Demonstrate products and conduct in-store demonstrations and events.
• Maintain department hygiene, stock testers, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Process sales at the register and participate in trainings and promotions.
