Job summary

Nood seeks a Technical Product Development Manager to own end-to-end device and skincare programs, from design through tooling, validation, and launch. You will collaborate directly with the CEO and cross-functional teams across industrial design, engineering, packaging, QA, and regulatory to drive innovation and operational excellence.

You will manage international manufacturers, maintain project docs, and proactively identify risks with data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• BS degree and 5+ years in physical product development or related fields.
• Experience owning launch timelines across cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing international manufacturers and vendors.
• Ability to maintain comprehensive product development documentation.
• Experience communicating with engineers and international partners.
• Authorized to work in the United States and available in US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development pipelines for device and skincare programs.
• Manage device development critical paths from design through tooling and testing.
• Oversee international manufacturing partners and vendor communications.
• Coordinate across design, mechanical/electrical, firmware, packaging, and QA.
• Lead skincare timelines for formulation, testing, packaging, and regulatory review.
• Manage contract manufacturers and drive data-backed communications with deadlines.
• Maintain project documentation: briefs, trackers, spec sheets, Gantt charts, logs.
• Identify risks early and present recommended paths to leadership.
