Palm Beach Tan is seeking energetic sales associates to accurately represent our brand and deliver exceptional customer service. The role focuses on achieving sales targets in a commission-driven environment and maintaining a clean, well-organized salon. Candidates should be comfortable with cash handling and daily administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate demonstrates reliability, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7+ hours).
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on tanning rules and ensure legal requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling and opening/closing the business.
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
