Starting Pay

Responsibilities

• Complete a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics
• Maintain store staff through interviewing, hiring, and development
• Create a positive environment for employees and customers
• Meet performance metrics and assist employees in doing the same
• Analyze daily sales to maximize revenue
• Ensure compliance with banking, safety, operations, and legal standards
• Control expenses: labor, inventory, maintenance
• Manage daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Ability to motivate others effectively
• Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods
• Lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
