Job summary

The Stylist will support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager, maintain high guest service standards, and stay current with industry trends. A cosmetology license and prior salon experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult with guests on hair care needs and recommend products and services.
• Deliver quality professional services with guest-focused care.
• Support Experience Manager (EM) and Assistant Services Manager (ASM) in operations and guest service.
• Aim to meet weekly hair service sales goals and contribute to store targets.
• Perform hair services and related beauty treatments per safety standards.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge.
