Job summary

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals and drive service and retail sales through exceptional guest service.
• Demonstrate business acumen and identify opportunities for growth.
• Demonstrate and sell pro hair care and makeup products to guests.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to enhance guest experience.
• Stay informed on trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt attendance and professional salon image.
