Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Merchandise Manager to lead store operations and drive top-line sales while upholding our standards. You will guide staffing, training, and guest engagement to build a high-performing team and deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities include overseeing shipment, replenishment, omni-channel, pricing, markdowns, and inventory control, while modeling operational excellence and accountability across the store.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of fast-paced retail management or related experience.
• Ability to manage store operations, payroll, and customer service.
• Experience with merchandising directives and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet or exceed the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and retail shrink.
• Oversee shipment, replenishment, omni-channel, price changes, and markdowns to drive profitability.
• Lead and develop a diverse team of associates with coaching and training.
• Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and safety standards.
