Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, stock merchandise, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor. You will assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager while delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities include replenishment, planograms, inventory procedures, and adherence to store policies. A flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals by ensuring all tasks are executed and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Foster an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing brand and category training to enable professional development and drive sales performance.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, procedures and dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, inventory procedures, and processing shipments.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work area replenished, signed and faced, and ensuring testers are available.
• Maintain outstanding store standards and cleanliness across salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom and break area.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
