Job summary

Qualifications
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
- Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
- Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Responsibilities
- Lead the customer experience and inspire the team to deliver a great experience for every client.
- Oversee store operations with a focus on budget, expenses, sales growth and inventory management.
- Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety and company policies.
- Maintain an attractive, polished store appearance consistent with brand standards.
