You will oversee daily store operations, manage budget and inventory, and coach associates to meet goals while upholding safety and company policies.

Qualified candidates bring at least 3 years in customer service/retail and 1 year in sales leadership; cosmetology license is a plus, and a passion for hair and beauty is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty.
