Job summary

Sally Beauty in Natick, MA is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver outstanding customer experiences in our store. You will drive sales, manage inventory and store operations while coaching associates to reach goals.

You will model service leadership, uphold safety and company policies, and ensure the store looks its best. Prior retail management and a passion for hair and beauty are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Operational, financial and performance management experience preferred.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer experience and inspire your team to deliver a great experience.
• Oversee store operations with emphasis on budget, expenses, sales growth and inventory management.
• Protect customers, associates and store assets by following safety, security and company policies.
• Ensure the store always looks its best.
