Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for our Miami locations. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales goals through strong operational control.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing budget and inventory, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring the store presents a polished image. Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Operational, financial and performance management experience.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent, inspire your team and ensure every customer receives a great experience.
• Oversee store operations to meet/exceed sales goals, manage budget, expenses and inventory.
• Protect customers, associates and store assets by enforcing safety, security, and company policies.
• Keep the store looking its best at all times.
