Qualifications
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
- At least 1 year of sales management experience.
- Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
- Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Passion for all things hair and beauty.
Responsibilities
- Manage talent, inspire your team and ensure every customer receives a great experience.
- Oversee store operations with emphasis on budget, expenses, sales growth and inventory.
- Protect customers, associates and store assets by enforcing safety rules and company policies.
- Keep the store looking its best.
