Job summary

Sally Beauty stores division CosmoProf is seeking a Store Manager to lead a customer-centric team in a fast-paced beauty retail environment. You will drive sales, develop staff, and deliver an EPIC experience to licensed professionals and guests.

This role focuses on coaching, budget management, inventory control, and safety adherence. If you’re passionate about hair and beauty and have retail management experience, join Sally Beauty to grow with our brand.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
Operational, financial and performance management experience.
Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Passion for all things hair and beauty!

Responsibilities

Manage talent, inspire your team and ensure a great customer experience.
Oversee store operations with emphasis on budget, expenses, sales growth, and inventory.
Protect customers, associates, and store assets by following safety rules and company policies.
