You’ll lead by example, ensure brand standards, deliver personalized product recommendations, train staff on service excellence, loyalty programs and knowledge, and maintain store operations with inclusivity at the core.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail or service.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Quick learner with product knowledge training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire staff to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals.
• Drive performance through client engagement, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations.
• Coach for growth and provide ongoing feedback and development.
• Train and support onboarding and continual learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, and brand initiatives.
• Execute daily operations, assist with inventory, merchandising, and store standards.
• Promote inclusivity and teamwork to empower the team.
• Uphold Sephora standards and policies to ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
