Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• 1 year of sales management experience.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee store operations to meet/exceed sales goals, manage budget, expenses, and inventory.
• Protect customers, associates and store assets by following safety policies and company rules.
• Maintain an attractive, well-organized store appearance.
