Job summary

Sephora at TX-Kingsgate Center (2060) in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Sales and Service Leader to drive store performance, coach a diverse team, and deliver outstanding client service. You’ll lead by example, train staff, and ensure brand standards are upheld in a fast-paced beauty environment.

You will promote an inclusive culture, manage daily operations, and ensure a high-energy, customer-first experience for every guest, including peak-hour shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals.
• Drive performance through client engagement, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations.
• Coach for growth by providing ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance.
• Train and develop onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives.
• Execute daily operations including inventory, merchandising, and store standards.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork by promoting a culture of openness and empowerment.
• Uphold Sephora standards by following policies and creating a safe shopping experience.
