Job summary

The ideal candidate has retail or customer service experience and some supervisory exposure, with strong communication and scheduling abilities to support store operations and payroll requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives.
• Can effectively communicate with team and management.
• Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store associates to achieve sales and KPIs, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee store operations and maintain brand standards across merchandising, marketing, and inventory.
• Plan and analyze store performance to hit financial targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate omni-channel fulfillment and in-store execution.
• Ensure safety, loss prevention, and compliance with policies.
