Cos Bar is seeking a Beauty Specialist to deliver exceptional luxury shopping experiences. You will build meaningful relationships with clients and recommend skincare, makeup, fragrance, and wellness solutions while demonstrating products and maintaining high hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury beauty or prestige cosmetics preferred.
• Cosmetology license or beauty-related education is a plus.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Building meaningful relationships with clients and delivering personalized skincare, makeup, fragrance, and wellness recommendations.
• Performing product demonstrations with proper hygiene standards.
• Creating customized beauty regimens across luxury brands and booking appointments.
• Supporting in-store events, clienteling, follow-up, and social engagement to grow client loyalty.
• Collaborating with the team to exceed sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
• Assisting with daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, and POS transactions.

What You'll Do

As a Beauty Specialist , you'll create exceptional luxury shopping experiences by:

Building meaningful relationships with clients

• Recommending personalized skincare, makeup, fragrance, and wellness solutions
• Performing product demonstrations using proper hygiene standards
• Creating customized beauty regimens across luxury brands
• Booking appointments and supporting exciting in-store events
• Growing client loyalty through follow-up, clienteling, and social engagement
• Participating in ongoing brand education and vendor trainings
• Collaborating with your team to exceed sales goals and create a positive store environment
• Supporting daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, and POS transactions

We're Looking For

• Luxury beauty or prestige cosmetics experience preferred
• Cosmetology license or beauty-related education is a plus
