Qualifications

• Strong customer service and retail sales skills.
• Cosmetology knowledge or experience.
• Product knowledge in professional beauty, including hair care, skin care, and styling tools.
• Experience or interest in skin care, with the ability to recommend products based on customer needs.
• Effective communication and active listening with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work on-site, stand for extended periods, and perform light stocking/merchandising tasks.
• Basic math and POS skills with attention to accuracy.
• Retail or beauty industry experience is beneficial; licensure is a plus.

Responsibilities
