Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a strategic Social Media & Influencer Manager to drive cultural relevance and engagement across beauty brands. You will cultivate influencer relationships, support inventive campaigns, and identify opportunities with creators across tiers.

Role involves coordinating with brand campaigns, planning content calendars, and ensuring FTC compliance while analyzing performance for optimization. Previous skincare/beauty experience is required.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of social media marketing experience, preferably within beauty, skincare, personal care, or a related consumer category.
• Experience with influencer management platforms such as CreatorIQ, Traackr, or similar tools.
• Strong working knowledge of social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, and emerging channels from a brand perspective.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Social Media Lead to build and execute social media and influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand campaigns, seasonal moments, and always-on content needs.
• Collaborate with in-house content and creative teams to plan monthly content calendars, manage assets, and quickly activate relevant social trends.
• Identify and contact authentic fans, dermatologists, beauty creators, and skincare influencers for ongoing gifting and sampling programs.
• Manage and grow social communities by engaging with fan content, responding to inbound inquiries, participating in relevant cultural conversations, and proactively engaging potential partners and consumers.
• Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with creators and influencers across tiers, from nano creators to celebrities, based on audience fit and brand voice.
• Monitor creator content and audience insights to inform future campaign development and creative strategy.
