Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Beauty team member in the United States (WA area) to create personalized beauty experiences. You will engage customers to understand their needs, perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, and drive sales across luxury brands both in-store and digitally.

Formación

• Passion for customer service and beauty, including trends, makeup application and skincare.
• Excellent ability to connect with customers and handle concerns.
• Multitasking, organization and follow-through in a busy retail environment.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends and use digital tools for selling.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products.
• Collaborate with team to create welcoming environment for all customers.
• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools and social media.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services.
• Maintain department readiness through organization and cleanliness.
• Stay updated on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges and build Nordstrom Rewards loyalty.
