Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state-specific laws. Pay ranges may differ for other locations. Pay offers depend on location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$23.80 - $24.80 Hourly. This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO, holidays, and more. At Nordstrom, commission for most selling employees varies based on merchandise sold, typically ranging from 3% to 14.5%. The commission for Beauty and Men’s Fragrance sales roles is typically 3%.
