• Physical requirements: constant movement, handling merchandise, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals.
• Collaborate with team to create a welcoming, inclusive environment.
• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store events and services.
• Keep department ready through organization and cleanliness.
• Stay updated on beauty trends thru trainings by Nordstrom and brand partners.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and grow Nordstrom Rewards loyalty.
