Job summary

Sephora at PR-Shops at Caguas is seeking a Sales and Service Leader to guide a beauty team in a fast-paced retail setting, lead by example, coach staff, elevate client experiences, and drive sales while upholding Sephora standards.

This full-time role (30–40 hrs/week) requires a minimum of 2 years of leadership in retail or service, strong sales and client service skills, excellent communication, and the ability to quickly learn product knowledge.
