Palm Beach Tan - West Coast Tanning, Inc. is seeking passionate, hard-working individuals to join our brand in a fast-paced, team-oriented sales role.

This entry-level position offers comprehensive training, flexible schedules, and the opportunity to learn a sales process while representing a leader in the tanning industry. Starting pay is $18 per hour with commission on all product, package, upgrade, and membership sales, plus a $200 monthly store bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Assist with daily store manager admin work.
• Assist with training new hire sales associates.
• Assist with holding team members accountable to policies and sales expectations.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Opening/closing business; daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
• Walk customers to rooms and teach tanning equipment use for first-time users.
• Attend off-site sales and job trainings.
