Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer’s beauty goals.
• Collaborate with team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.
• Set and achieve sales goals, including in-store and digital selling using selling tools.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services.
• Keep department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness.
• Stay updated on beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through trainings.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build customer loyalty by opening Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
