The role involves in-store and digital selling, including demonstrations and event support, with flexible evenings and weekends. Maintain an organized, customer-ready department and stay current on trends.

Formación

• Passion for customer service, beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare.
• Ability to connect with customers, address concerns, and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to move throughout shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products aligned with customer goals.
• Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media.
• Book appointments and support sales at beauty events and services.
