Must be at least 18 years old.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7+ hours/day).
Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
Reliable transportation; flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Meet sales goals on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
Educate customers on tanning rules and ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized salon.
Manage cash handling and opening/closing tasks.
Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals.
