Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Consult and inspire customers with expert advice on skincare products.
• Assist customers with tanning needs following guidelines.
• Surpass daily, weekly, monthly sales targets for commission opportunities.
• Maintain a clean, organized salon and ensure a pampered experience.
• Handle transactions and daily administrative tasks.
• Track progress toward goals with the support of the team.
• Engage with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
