• Sales oriented and customer-focused.
• Ability to upsell and use suggestive selling techniques.

• Flexible retail schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and peak hours.
• Must be at least 18 years old; bilingual ability a plus (English/Spanish).

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalized beauty advice and upsell products.
• Explain product usage and benefits; promote CVS Beauty Club programs.
• Create and maintain product displays, end caps, and promotional materials.
• Keep assigned area well-stocked, merchandised, and clean per hygiene standards.
• Participate in training meetings and sales programs to learn about new items and promotions.
