Job summary

Palm Beach Tan, Inc. is seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals to sell memberships and tanning services at our California Lake Forest location.

You will be trained for sales, customer service, and product knowledge in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Starting pay is competitive at $18 per hour with commission on all product, package, upgrade, and membership sales, plus a $200 monthly bonus opportunity and ongoing leadership training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7 hours/day).
• Must lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Assist with daily store manager admin work.
• Assist with training new hire sales associates.
• Help hold team accountable to policies and sales targets.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and products.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Open/close the business.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals.
• Walk customers to rooms and show how to use tanning equipment when needed.
• Attend off-site sales events and trainings.
